Cargill talks texture in Spanish

Cargill has launched a Spanish version of its texturising website, so it can share application and technical tips with professionals in the Spanish and Central and Latin American markets.

The new site, at www.cargilltexturizing.es, showcases Cargill’s range of texturisers, including pectins, carrageenans, alginates, locust bean and guar gums, xanthan gum, soy flours, starches, lecithins, cultures and enzymes – as well as functional systems that contain a number of components.

Christine Nicolay, global communications manager, Cargill Texturizing Solutions, said: “Whether the website is the first port of call for a company or used as an ongoing information resource, speaking our customers’ language at the outset is vital to help clarify their needs, as well as improve the speed and quality of our response.”

Cargill has sales offices, a production facility and a meat applications centre in Rubi, Spain. It has sales offices, a technical service laboratory and a production plant in Mexico City, sales offices in the Caribbean Islands which also serve Cuba, and sales offices and an application centre in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
