Nestle Nutrition boss resigns

Nestle Nutrition has a new interim VP at the helm, as Richard Laube has left today to pursue new personal opportunities outside the company.

The division will be headed up by Nandu Nandkishore, Nestlé Nutrition's Global Business Head of Infant Nutrition, temporarily, while the board of directors makes a decision on a permanent appointment.

Nestle Nutrition has grown in the last five years, under Laube’s direction, not least with the acquisition and integration of the Jenny Craig, Novartis Medical Nutrition and the Gerber Baby Food Company businesses.

Nestlé CEO Paul Bulcke paid tribute to Laube’s contribution, saying: "We respect Mr. Laube's decision, thank him for his valuable contribution during his time at Nestlé and wish him all the best for the future."
