Equipment supplier Provisur Technologies has launched its AM2C separating and deboning machine, featuring low-rotation speed, low-rise temperature and low-maintenance cost.

Presented at last month at Anuga Foodtec, the SD 3050 Separator is the latest in Provisur’s newly acquired brand AM2C, and was promoted as “easy to take apart, clean and re-assemble”.

Provisur presented a variety of other products at the Anuga fair, including its Formax forming and slicing machines. The NovaMax500 is designed for superior throughput, product texture and hygiene, and offers up to 100 strokes per minute and production rates of up to 2,722kg per hour. The PowerMax3000 slicer features a 380mm slicing throat, options for up to three independent drives and a new centre-rear load design.

The company’s TST processor was also presented at the show, including a pre-duster, coater, batter mixer, fryer and freezer, all designed for optimum food safety and energy consumption.

Finally, Provisur showcased its Weiler MG806/20A mixer/grinder, with a capacity of up to 4,536kg per hour, and featuring a counter-rotating and overlapping paddle mixing system for quick grinding. The product complements the 806 grinder, which can produce a coarse grind, fresh grind, or pre-broken frozen grind, with a capacity of up to 10,887kg per hour.
