FoodNavigator brings you the latest from IFT

In addition, Aiya America will be displaying its cooking grade Matcha, or powdered green tea, which is used to dye or flavour foods and beverages. And that’s just a taste of the new products being introduced to visitors to the show, which will feature in IFT12’s What’s New section.

Plus the show will feature several trend and solution topics areas, such as Emerging flavours and colours and Food safety solutions to group together innovations and give attendees a tour of areas that interest them.
