The chocolate branch of the company – which has five business divisions within the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries in all – says its new Hammersmith office will help establish a direct presence in the UK market which currently represents just 5% of consumer good sales for the firm.
This figure ranks the UK as Natra’s seventh most significant market in terms of sales behind France (17%), Germany (16%), Belgium (13%), Holland (10%), the US (8%) and Spain (8%).
The move marks the fifth permanent trade delegation of the company's consumer division in Europe, with offices already established in Spain, Germany, Belgium and France. In 2013, Natra also opened offices in Hong Kong and Canada.
