Teams of butchers from Austria, France, Germany, Holland, the UK and Switzerland competed in the annual challenge, organised by the International Butchers Confederation (IBC).
The 18-23 year-olds competed in various rounds, including: ready to eat, stuffed roast, seam butchery, barbecue, kitchen ready and main course.
The competition took place in Bazenheid near Zurich, from 12-13 September.
