ReposiTrak’s compliance management and track and trace technology has hit the 3,000 supplier connections mark driven by the need to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

The firm said adoption has grown by retailers, wholesalers and suppliers preparing to comply with FSMA regulations that begin finalization by the FDA in the next few weeks.

The cloud-based, compliance management and track and trace system helps users maintain visibility and compliance within the supply chain.

More and more senior executives are becoming aware that under the new law they potentially have civil and even criminal liability for their own non-compliance, as well as the non-compliance of their vendors and others in their supply chain,” said Randall Fields, CEO of Park City Group.

Park City Group completed its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of ReposiTrak making it a wholly owned subsidiary in June.

At the time, Parks said: “This move will help further accelerate customer onboarding, more rapidly spread the word about the need for ReposiTrak’s food and drug safety services, and will make it possible to better integrate the services of Park City Group and ReposiTrak as we approach and serve our customers.”
