Dicentra licenced under SQFI as certification body
The food safety and regulatory consultancy firm received the Safe Food Quality Institute (SQFI) license as a certification body.

There are over four million foodborne illnesses in Canada each year with the second largest area of recalls in the past year due to undeclared allergens (40%), said dicentra.
