The partnership will combine ReposiTrak’s traceability and Recall InfoLink’s recall processing knowledge to protect consumers, brands and businesses.
They said connecting the systems simplifies identification and communication with customers impacted by a recalled product.
ReposiTrak, a wholly owned subsidiary of Park City Group, helps retailers control risk, reduce supply chain expense and grow sales via a technology platform. It enables traceability as products and ingredients move between trading partners.
