Jan Zandbergen rolls out frozen lamb range for the foodservice sector
Known as ‘Everlamb’, the line-up comprises a wide range of frozen lamb products for the catering industry designed to offer chefs several “advantages”.
The lamb products will be cut into standard portions, designed for easier preparation and no cutting losses for chefs.
The meat is supplied from some of the top origins for lamb products, such as New Zealand, Patagonia and Ireland, which will include lamb chops, shanks, saddles, as well as lamb burgers, minced meat and medallions.
“The meat originates from areas where the life of lambs is good and quality is self-evident. This guarantees that Everlamb always delivers the best meat,” said a Jan Zandbergen spokesperson.
“Quality, taste and convenience come first at Everlamb. It also has to look good, so the products are packed in boxes with an exclusive look, matching its quality.”
The meat supplier has urged anyone interesting in finding out further information about the brand and its products to visit the Everlamb website.
Just a few weeks ago, Jan Zandbergen took its first steps into the plant-based protein market after agreeing a distribution deal with UK-based meat alternatives firm Moving Mountains.
