Plant-based colour creator, Exberry, reveal why innovation is at the centre of its long-term growth strategy.

Innovation is exploding in the colourful world of food and beverage, and plant-based colour brand, Exberry, is front and centre.

The bold colour creator is firmly in a growth phase, putting innovation first in its development plans. But not only is the family-owned company developing its product range, its quickly expanding market reach, too.

“We’re seeing regional growth across the globe,” says Frederik Hoeck, managing director of parent company, GNT Group.

And this growth phase is set to last as the brand’s long-term plans reach into the next decade.

“Our plans are always long term,” says Hoeck.

But it’s not just the brand itself that’s driving innovation, consumers are having a big influence too.

“The biggest trend we see is the consumer desire to have a more natural diet,” says Hoeck. “So, we’re having a lot of discussions on how we can provide a more natural solution to our customers.”

And plans to innovate remain top of the agenda.

“We’re constantly filling needs that our customers ask for,” says Hoeck.
