RSSL has had its accreditation to ISO 17025 maintained following a visit from UKAS.

This involved a technical assessment of the UK-based firm’s competence to perform tests published in its schedule of accreditation.

Accreditation by UKAS is third party recognition of RSSL’s competence to perform analytical testing.

UKAS accreditation means that RSSL has demonstrated its ability to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 17025, proving its competence, impartiality and performance capability.

Adrian Kirk, RSSL’s quality manager said, "This is recognition of the hard work that has been put into the Quality Management Systems at RSSL which enable us to continue to provide an excellent service to our customers."

October will mark 21 years of continuous accreditation, during which time RSSL's accredited tests has expanded and changed to reflect the demands of the food and drink industry.
