Swiss meat to be showcased at Anuga
Swiss meat specialities will be on display at the Anuga trade fair in Cologne, Germany next month.
Under the brand of Swiss Meat, four companies will be taking part in one of the world’s largest food fairs from 5-9 October, and providing tastings for visitors to its 400m2 stand.
“This year our stand will once again allow visitors to sample Swiss meat specialities and will provide the trade with specific information about the advantages of meat from Switzerland,” says Daniela Haller, head of international marketing communication at Proviande, the promotion body for Swiss meat exports.
The four companies, Meinen AG, Micarna SA, Orior AG and Traitafina AG, and other representatives of the Swiss meat sector will be found at Stand B-053 in Hall 5.2.
