SGS looks down under to boost business
The firm, headquartered in Tokoroa, serves industries such as pulp and paper, dairy, food processing, process manufacturing and petrochemical.
IVE operates from four locations: Tokoroa, Hamilton and New Plymouth in the North Island, and Christchurch in the South Island.
IVE employs 70 people and generated revenues of NZ$ 11.8m for the year ending in March 2013.
The deal builds on the acquisition of MIS Environmental and MIS Testing in the UK in September.
