Food safety management system for European Safety Bureau
A student at a UK university has helped develop an online food safety management system.

Sandeep Sharma is doing a Master’s degree in Advanced Computer Science with Industry at the University of Leicester and recently completed a graduate internship with the European Safety Bureau (ESB).

The internship supported the ESB in developing their Navitas online food management system.

Sharma designed and coded the system which drives the initiative for the independent food safety, health & safety and fire safety consultancy based in Leicestershire.

The web-app monitors fridge and freezer temperatures, interrogates probe temperatures and can be used to generate cleaning schedules and other food safety related tasks.
