Pittcon 2016 to welcome 100+ new exhibitors
The exposition, which takes place March 7-10, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, will include 1,535 booths and 20 seminar rooms at the latest count.
New exhibitors include AmeriWater, Bertin Corp., Crescent Scientific, Keit Spectrometers, Persee Analytics, Sealed Air and Uniscience Corp.
Bruins Instruments, CEM Corporation, EMD Millipore, Eppendorf, Gerstel, Julabo USA, Malvern Instruments, Shimadzu, Sigma-Aldrich, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Waters Corporation will be among the companies present.
A new feature in two areas on the expo floor will be Live Demos. These 20-minute interactive sessions will be presented by Monday through Wednesday
Companies will display products and services used by the scientific community in industrial, academic and government labs.
The exposition will look at analytical chemistry; nanotechnology; proteomics, metabolomics; food analysis and safety; environmental science and wastewater analysis.
It will consist of 217 exhibiting companies headquartered in 27 countries outside the US such as the UK, Canada, Japan, China, France, Germany, and Italy.
Gregg Gould, 2016 exposition chairman said, it was ‘very excited’ about what will be happening on the exposition floor this year.
“We welcome back our long-time mainstay exhibitors to the Georgia World Congress Center in the fine city of Atlanta, and we are also quite pleased to have nearly 120 new exhibitors this year.”
