Chicory root fibre for bread improvement
Fibruline™ Instant chicory root fibres is an excellent source of fibre for white bread production. It can be used with minimal adaptations of the recipe (small reduction of water content) or of the process (addition of Fibruline™ Instant to the flour) and gives you a high fibre white bread.
