The subsidiary Herbafood Ingredients GmbH​ is a competent supplier of high-quality food ingredients of plant origin. Sweetening and colouring apple extracts as well as dietary fibres made from carefully dried fruits with impressive functional features such as high water binding capacity are the key elements of the product range.

With its gastronomy section herba cuisine,​​ Herbafood Ingredients GmbH offers a plant-based taste- and colour-neutral texturiser under the brand name BASIC textur for hotels, restaurants, ice cream parlours, catering and mass catering such as canteens, hospitals, etc.

agro​ FOOD SOLUTION GMBH​ supplies the animal feed industry with animal nutrition products such as valuable raw fibre from de-pectinised apple pomace, pure pectin and pectin enriched dietetic feedstuffs for a modern livestock and pet nutrition.
